Gun Owners: McDonald won a battle but Kagan nomination threatens the frontline

Here is a win for those who believe in the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms. The supreme court ruled that the second amendment right to keep and bear arms not only applied to the national government but also to state and local governments. The scary part of all of this is that the decision was made by a 5 to 4 vote. A right that is protected by the constitution was only one vote away from being taken away. This raises many questions regarding the Kagan nomination by Obama. She has no judicial experience and would only serve the Progressives as an activist seated among judges who are to uphold the constitution. How can she be expected to remain unbiased when there are clearly things in the constitution she disagrees with. She would simply be a progressive weapon seated in the highest court of the land pushing to make our constitution irrelevant.  Article Continues on AChatterer.com
